I regularly give interviews, keynotes and panel contributions in English and Swedish, in person or online. Topics I often speak on include:

Short bio
Johan Linåker is a Senior Researcher at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Lund University. His research focuses on how open source software, open source AI and data sharing can strengthen digital sovereignty, interoperability and open innovation in the public and private sectors. He advises governments and organisations across Europe and internationally, including within the EU and the UN.
